[Size and position tooltips]

I would really appreciate if tooltips with size and position information were added to Photo. For example: slection marquees should snap to guides (and viceversa) whilew they also show the width and height of the selection. Also, a tooltip should appear showing the position of a guide while creating; currently, the tooltip only only appears when repositioning guides.

[Behaviour when moving guides]

When creating a text frame by clicking and dragging with the text tool (T) from a guide the guide gets dragged instead of creating the text frame. Guides should only be moved with the moving tool (V) and should stand still when in other tools; that's how the rest of the suite (and InDesign) works.
