I'm trying to do some simple stuff here. I'm not a graphics designer but I have to have a tool to create book covers to submit to CreateSpace. Affinity Designer, according to reviews seemed to be the right app. Maybe not.
I've finally got a file, created with many layers, that hopefully will be a book cover. I need to export the whole thing to a PDF. In other applications I've been able to "flatten layers," or combine all layers into one document, then export to JPG, PDF, or whatever. With Affinity Designer I can't figure out how to do this. Whenever I export, even though I say I want the entire document, I only get a few of the layers. Seems to me it should be a simple task to combine all layers into a single image, then export as a PDF document, but I can't figure out how to do this and all the help files and videos I've searched and read don't seem to get down to this level of simplicity.
Can anyone help?
