I own a restaurant and I have menu displayed on TV Screens. I need to create "a poster" that will be displayed on those tv and the resolution needs to be 1920 x 1080. What size should my document be and where do i go to make it fit in the 1920 x 1080 range? I am confuse about that. Thank you

I created a poster for my business and saved the file as Jpeg. When I try to send it to a print shop online, it's telling me that the file is not supported and cannot be printed. It's a jpeg file. I don't understand. Anyone know why?

I created a menu board and as part of the menu I created a design that i want to place on my to go menu. But when i copy the design in question and paste it to my menu, it's in the original size which is pretty large. I cannot reduce the size while keeping the ratio. Can i do that? How?
