Can not open old documents

in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have purshased Serif Page Plus 9,0, but I cannot open my old files edited in the free page plus version.

How come, normally I can always open old files in new upgraded programs.

So, how can I open my old files in the new Serif page plus?
