Member on Dpreview adivsed me to click on "Dock View" under the View menu. That worked perfectly.

How do you get the Foreground/Background color selection Icon onto the Tools bar on the left hand side with the other tools? Like this shows. Notice the Foreground/Background color selection tool at the very bottom of the tools.
