Got it. I've put the beta back on. Will finish up and revert back to 2.1.1

I need this shortcut so badly : Toggling foreground and background color (outline & background if you prefer).
As well as a shortcut to unfill outline or background.
This would be a huge time saver...

    OK, thank you.
Yes, odd that it works the other way, if its a text box in isolation.
Oh well, hopefully this is something that will get pick up in the future.
    Thank you for response.

FAB! This works. It solves the problem so that gets me off the hook!
Thank you so much, you're a star!

    I meant this:

paste_as_unicode.mp4 I am not sure what actually causes this. Pasting as Unicode also seems to be character based so it does not support formatting, so therefore the additional steps with styles.
If you use Word files just for sources for collecting data, I would place them directly in Publisher via File > Place (on the pasteboard, off the page) and then copy paste the required parts in the final text from there, as that would keep both the formatting and correct Unicode encoding.

Hi, apologies for this. I'm not sure if you've seen it, but there is a thread about it just underneath this one. We've identified the cause, and there is a temporary work around (press Ctrl+Alt twice), but we'll look at fixing this soon. Thanks.

    Amazing work..........total life savers!
On a possible future tweak, can you add a 'save panels' option?
I've had to drag them all out again, for 2 monitors.

netera got a reaction from Doc_Germanicus in Something like Bridge?
I've recently made the switch to the affinity package, and am still in the space of 'between software' as I get used to the new.

I currently run an older Adobe Suite and use Bridge quite a bit. I cannot seem to find anything in Affinity Photo/Designer that does the same job.
BUT note there is a Stock Panel, which seems to allow you to browse I-stock.

Could this be modified to allow you to browse a users own collections?
OR maybe I'm missing something? As I said, I’m still new to this software.

My initial reaction to both applications is - really good! Works well and does the job. I've had Designer crash a few times on more complex work (this was usually with blur filters applied) to multiple vector shapes. That being said, CS4 can also do the same, especially when zooming in and out in Illustrator.

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be really appreciated.

    Thanks!
