Hi Support,
I purchased Photo 2 and installed it on my PC Windows 10.
The installation was successful and the program starts. However Photo 2 crashes when opening a new document, a .afphoto file, a .CR2 file, a .dng file, a .jpg file.
Next I tried to open Photo 1 and it crashed opening the above file types as well.
I tried to open Designer 1 and it crashed.
I uninstalled Photo 2 and restarted Windows, but Photo 1 and Designer 1 still crashed.
I uninstalled all Affinity products and restarted Windows.
I installed Photo 2, but it still crashed.
I uninstalled Photo 2 and restarted Windows.
I installed Photo 1, but it still crashes.
I have no working version of Photo 1, Photo 2 or Designer 1.
I have been using Photo since 2018 and Designer since 2020 so I know that they were working on my PC.
Can you you please help me.
Here I am 12 months later and looking for the same solution. Wow ..... It is so simple, and it works. Thank you to all posters seeking knowledge which can also benefit others like me.
