PHOTOPLUS STARTER EDITION

Can anyone help me please as I am quite VERY BASIC with my computer. I now have a new computer Windows 10 which a friend's friend installed for me from my old Windows XP. I am having trouble trying to install my previous free programme PHOTOPLUS STARTER EDITION I was getting used to using when I required it. Can anybody help me please ? Regards, David

My Photoplus Starter Edition crop tool has disappeared from tool bar.
