  1. Thank you. Isn't there anything further that can be done about this like inspecting the crash report? Are there any other files I can send that would help pinpoint the problem?
  2. I've terminated every process and third party background services and tried, it still crashes on cut or copy every time, please see the video
  3. I've recorded a video of it. Some more details: I'm on Windows 10 x64 1903. Affinity Photo 1.8.3.641. 1080 ti running nvidia driver 446.14. affinity_photo_crash.mp4
  4. Create a new file Create a new empty layer Edit -> Fill -> Primary Color "Live Filters" from the Layer panel. Select Procedural Texture from the context menu. Set preset to Simple Perlin Noise, Close the Live Procedural Texture window Select the layer, copy/paste with CTRL+C CTRL+V Crashes %100 of the time Ctrl+J duplicate works fine so I'm guessing it's the copy/paste that's problematic.
  5. I create a new file, create an empty white layer, attach a live filter to it (Simple Perlin Noise), duplicate this layer, and it crashes Affinity Photo. Crash dump is attached. a34081f7-5dd7-4869-93de-a6c05c8f0127.dmp
  6. Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't know there was one. It has a couple of problems. It crashes when the layer is duplicated, I will report this separately It doesn't tile after it's merged It's very performance heavy, is it re-generated every time the layer moves? I guess it is It's a lot of clicks to get a simple perlin noise
  7. Almost 2 years and no official reply. This is very simple to implement too.
  8. It should be under "Calibrate" or "Mapping" tab
  9. Did you disable Windows Ink in both Wacom Preferences and in Affinity preferences?
  10. WinTab is added back as an option in 1.8.2, thank you Serif!
  11. For people who will downgrade, make sure you backup your custom brushes and other data. Downgrading required uninstalling the 1.8 version on my part and as a result I've lost my brushes. The studio layout is not effected.
  12. Great news. Is it possible to add WinTab implementation back and give the users ability to switch between them?
  13. For me it worked just great in the previous versions with WinTab, why would you force users to switch to Windows Ink, it's terrible. The modifier keys show below cursor even though that option is disabled at OS level. As well as right click "ring". Alt+Right+Left click drag doesn't work. At least make it optional. I'll go back to 1.7.3 🤦‍♂️
  14. Do we have to enable Windows Ink for wacom pen pressure to work now, it's not in the change log? It used to work without windows ink now it doesn't. Windows ink introduces a whole lot of problems for me and I don't want to use it.
