[How to join four pictures together]

Hello I am trying to join for pictures together to form one long picture. I don't want to overlay the pictures are simply want to join them at the side so that picture 1 butts up against picture to 2 against 3 and three against 4.  I tried doing it by creating a panorama but there is not enough overlap in these scans. Please help if you can I am very much a beginner so not much experience with overlays and as such. Best wishes to you all Tim hope

Hello and HNY, I am grateful to have Affinity photo to do basic work on my art primarily drawings; increasing canvas size, basic brushwork to tidy sketchbook scans. So basic stuff:) Moved the app to my new Mac and can't get back the super-brilliant RH panel. Tried everywhere to look for it   It must be there somewhere. So screen grabs are attached. Please when you have a moment if you can
