Hi again, well I think I know what’s wrong, the server at your end has limited bandwidth, I reinstalled the app, it took all of 25 min then tried to download the sample again, after 21 min later I gave up, never had this problem with any other app downloading alway usually takes no more than five minutes at the most. There were a couple of samples that were reasonable and did load after 4-5 min, I suspect some of them samples are pretty large files, here a result that failed attached, the problem is your server.

I Callum, When trying to open, or download as you quoted it takes some time before it ends saying something gone wrong, on other occasions it was that long I had to close the program, there were one or two samples that did open I have tried four or five times. I have an iPad Pro 10.5 with 250 gig cellular and have no problems with Affinity Photo ot other apps, I’ll try deleting the program and reinstalling to see if that rectifys the problem, thanks for both your inputs. Hi, is there any reason why some samples are not loading using my ipad, perhaps they have been removed from the online storage. regards
