I’ve never had to modify dpi on my laptop but it worked! Thank you!

I changed rendering but nothing changed. Went to view/view mode and unchecked clip to canvas. That worked. I don't see a view mode setting in Photo. Here is a screenshot in Photo where the inserted image photo pops up momentarily then hides in the upper left side of the screen. Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you so much.

Hi. I purchased both programs for windows. I also purchased the ipad versions. The ipad software work fine however, the desktop ones do not. I am a long time user of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop so the Affinity products are of interest to me. The problem I am having is both Photo and Designer are not displaying photos opened nor text/elements I work on. They appear for a second then disappear.

I just purchased both programs. To start off, I imported/opened a picture in Photo but the photo does not display in its entirety. The photo disappears to the upper left side of the canvas. I also created a new document in both programs and added a text box, but the text doesn't show up.
