  1. I'm sorry too! I'm going to get in CONTACT with the iTunes Store to get a refund. When there's no one to tell me when a new update will be out.
  2. That's a no-brainer for a photo editing software. How did it get to the consumer market without getting addressed? Can you please tell me when is the next update? Thanks for your response!
  3. I have a Mac using Affinity Photo. I'm using the Shortcut (Control A) to select to Select a Marquee all around the document. The only Problem is that it shows the Marching Ants On 1 or 2 sides of the document. Can anybody tell me why? Thanks
  4. I understand that the photo is not the workplace and that the workplace is the area around the photo. From what I Googled earlier in this program the canvas is the photo itself. Perhaps I said my words in a misunderstood way. Sorry about that. The Magic Mouse does not work with this program on my iMac. I installed the program on my wife's Macbook Pro. She has a KVM switch between a Macbook and a Windows based computer and shares an external monitor. She also uses a Mac key board BUT a conventional mouse, not a Magic Mouse. The program worked fine with the conventional mouse and I do not have the problem with the photo moving within the work space. However, my wife who works on both platforms and also in Photoshop, tried the program and agrees that the gesture of putting the finger over the Magic Mouse moves the photo or canvas in the workplace when it is not desired. She tested it also using the magic Mouse as if she is using a regular mouse and there are no problems. I have to use the magic mouse with the same gestures as I would with a conventional mouse and not the sliding gesture that is the hallmark of the Magic Mouse. The sliding gesture is what moves the photos when it is not desired. Thanks for your help!
  5. Touching Bases. Like I mentioned before, I work primarily in PhotoShop. I understand now concerning the Canvas(Photo) and Workspace. It's just different. I'm just used to a stationary photo (in PhotoShop) without a lot of space around the pic called a Workspace. Just don't see the rhyme and reason. But I'll deal with it. I guess I can't use my Magic Mouse the way it is supposed to be used. Must use it like a regular mouse and be careful with my Gestures or buy another style Mouse. Maybe in Future Updates, there will be more import settings and the Workspaces can be Customized to use a Magic Mouse. Thanks so much. If I misunderstood what you said please let me know!
  6. Thanks, I will definitely look into it tomorrow and let you know how it turned out.
  7. Thanks for the info. Also, concerning what file format to use. I don't know whether you saw my graphics, but I have them in jpegs now. i also use Photoshop CS5, and for a fact my photos don't rotate around in my canvas and have all this excess space all around it. That's what I'm talking about. I don't know it a different mouse will prevent that. But i will look into the mouse. P.S. I Don't know if i'm trying to Lock the canvas, plus I'll try the Separated Mode. I appreciate your response!
  8. My issue is : I open a photo in Affinity Photo. The photo doesn't come in stationary. I have a Magic Mouse working with an iMac computer. With my mouse the file can easily be moved up and down and horizontal ( One end to the other). Is there a Setting that i need to check? Another things is that my Scrollbar is always visible. Is that the way it's suppose to behave? Again, it's how to stop (or disable) the document (canvas) from moving around? I've been struggling with this for the last 3 days. I'm putting an attachment in to explain. Thanks! Capture 1.tiff Capture 2.tiff Capture 3.tiff Capture 4.tiff Capture 5.tiff Capture 6.tiff
