  1. Good news! Affinity Designer was approved for a full refund after 10 days of processing! Thanks for the link allowing me to chat directly in real time with the associate and then the manager when it was elevated.

  3. What are the other ways to contact them? I just filled out a survey citing the same issue. Let me know if there are other avenues because I'm not aware of any others.
  4. While the app looks fantastic, don't purchase the Designer app if you have an Air 1. I purchased it because the AppStore indicated my device's compatibility. However, after downloading, I found out this wasn't true. After visiting this forum and copy/pasting the language the developers recommended to use when requesting a refund from Apple, they still declined to offer a full refund. What a waste. I want to emphasize that this is not Affinity's fault, but Apple's. Be careful out there...
