Add "Swatches" to Color Overlay & Gradient Overlay Color Pickers in Effects / fx

I think I have been having the same problem. I am trying to use swatches with color overlay (fx) and it does not fill in. I have to use the brush to paint the swatch color onto the layer...then use the color picker for the color overlay to change to the color to a swatch color...lastly I erase the brush stroke. Otherwise, this is a terrific app.
