Hi There, it now says 'Install'; if i do, will I be charged, or not?

 

Sorry to be a pain, but i've found this to be a brilliant piece of software, and really enjoy using it. I'm a 67 year old guy, who really can't afford to pay for it again.

I just tried the above, and it's asking me for £48.99. Please help, as I can't afford to pay again just for an update
