Export EPS with transparent background (split)

Slapshot posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I am having the same issue as this old beta forum thread. I want to export in EPS but i can not get a transparent background to appear. Is there a way to export in vector format with a transparent bg in affinity?
