I have had Affinity Photo for over a year and love it. For some reason I can get it to stitch a pano (but have in the past) using 11 Raw files (I thrived initially a 57 file pano but the wheel just kept turning for over 45min so tried with smaller set). Open to any suggestions/help Mac is on Catalina, 16KB RAM i5 processor (I am not highly tech savvy)

I have tried the above and it will download fine but when I go to start it is asking for the email address and product key. I am using the key that shows on my Downloads and Product Key page and Apple ID as one combo and the product key and my Affinity logon email as well. Neither is being accepted. any help would be appreciated. Cheers -
I can find my download and keys page but cannot see the email used at the time on the page, what am I missing
