Hi @JuanNaym
For this sort of work, you can use the pen tool, zoom and create form for each color…
…but since those are regular forms, you can do it too with the triangle tool, the diamond tool, the trapezoid tool, etc.

One way is to duplicate the layer twice & erase from each of the three the two thirds you do not want on that layer.

Another way is to make a pixel selection of the first third, use the ‘Duplicate’ command (which will only duplicate the selected pixels, as long as the original layer is a ‘Pixel’ layer rather than an ‘Image’ layer) and then go back to the original layer and repeat the exercise for the other two thirds. Finally, delete (or simply hide) the original layer.
