Designer and circle from center to snap

I am using Affinity Designer 1.8.3.2 There does not appear to be an "about centre" at the bottom when drawing a circle (there are videos showing it on previous versions). How does a one-handed disabled person draw a circle from centre without using finger touch modifiers?
