Cannot activate and run Designer and Publisher simultaneously

in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have only MSIX version for all apps and I'm facing the same issue.

If I have Designer opened, when I try to open Publisher, it asks me for my login, but the login doesn't work.

If I have Publisher opened, I can open Designer, but not Photo.
