Hi, since doing your recent update on both the Beta version and Photo version of affinity I have noted that the time it takes to go from the Develop Persona to Photo Persona ranges from 9 to 15 seconds, it may not appear to be a long time but seems like ages and I have never encountered this time lapse prior to the updates. Any help would be appreciated. I have attached screen shots of an example of the photo involved and My laptop operating system. Many thanks Nick wt

    Affinity Photo crashing when you use the Selection Brush Tool.

    Hi Thanks for this reply, I have tried the Beta version and as yet it seems to be working OK, I will continue to use it to further test this and if the problem appears again I will report back.
  3. Hi My Affinity Photo crashes when I use the Selection brush tool. My Work Flow usually is as follows:- I open a photo in the Develop Persona, carry out my Raw Actions then develop the photo into Photo Persona where I will carry out various other work, this would be my preferred and normal work flow. On a number of occasions, which appear to be on the increase, I have tried to use the Selection brush tool. But it seems to freeze and then the whole system crashes closing down and all of the previous work is lost .I have uninstalled Affinity and reinstalled it but this has not solved the problem.     Screen resolution.

Hi can anyone tell me if this software works with a high resolution screen, I have just bought a Dell XPS 15 with the following - 15.6" 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) Infinity Edge Anti-Reflective Touch IPS100% AdobeRGB 400-Nits display. I normally work with CS5 but this system is no longer compatible with the high resolution on the new laptop. Any feedback would be most helpful. Nick WT
