Exported it looks fine, its just while editing at 100% it looks off. (top image)

I recently completely switched from using Adobe products and I remember a setting that changed this on illustrator. To sum it up, while editing and looking at my art-board from a far... things do not line up properly, seems like an anti-aliasing effect or something. I attached a before and after screenshot of zooming in and out...
