When I tried to put it in AD I got an error message. It said "Import Failed-Incompatible file"

I'm having the same problem with symbols that R C-R is having in the third example. If I disable sync, modify the instance of the object, then re-enable sync it doesn't sync back up. It stays completely detached. I tried zooming in and out, but it didn't help. It's still doing this in AD 1.5.0-Beta 7...

I don't really know anything about this, so please excuse my stupid questions. I want to create a document in Affinity Photo that I will send to a printing company to be printed as a poster. The size of the final print will be 18 inches by 24 inches. So, how should I set up the document. I think I should set the color mode to CMYK and the dpi to 300, but that's about all I know. What should all the other settings be set to ? Also, what size should I make the document ? Does the document in AP actually have to be 18" x 24". When I try a document that size my AP seems to start lagging a little, especially if I'm using a larger brush (I don't know if it's just my computer or AP). If I made the AP document half-sized (9" x 12") or even one-fourth sized (4.5" x 6") while I work on it and then resize it to full size (18" x 24") to export it, would that have a negative effect on the quality of the final print ? Finally, unless the printing company specifies a certain file type, what is the best file type to export the document in ? I appreciate any help that anybody can give me. Thanks...

Anybody else have this problem in Affinity Photo ? I try to use File-Save As to save the .afphoto file. It acts like it's saving it, then a message pops up saying "Failed to save because file is open in another program". And the file is not open anywhere else. This has been happening a lot lately. Also, there have been some times when I use File-Save As and the save dialog pops up with the little spinning wheel and the save button greyed out, and it doesn't do anything. The wheel keeps spinning and I have to cancel it.

When working in AD, I usually have to export many different sizes of a design. I go to File-Export and manually type in the size, then I just do it over and over again for all the diferent sizes. When I have to do a lot of them it's kind of a pain. Is there any way to save the different sizes as presets or something like that ? Thanks...

Hi. I've got Afinity Designer 1.3.2 - When I first got it everything was fine with "Open Recent", It was working right. But now when I go to Open Recent and try to open a file, a message pops up that says "Failed to open file... The file could not be opened because permission was denied". I'm the administrator on the computer so I should have permission. Has enybody else had this problem ? Does anybody have any ideas about this, or is it just a bug ?
