When I choose Paint Brush, I used to have these options - Basic Painting Drawing Spray-Paints Texture Effects DAUB Brushes DAUB Dry Media DAUB Gouaches DAUB Inks DAUB Markers DAUB Watercolors Now as you can see, my list looks like this - Basics Acrylics Dry Media Engraving Gauges Inks Markers Pencil Pens Sprays and Splatters Textures Oils Watercolors Masking I really used the "Paintings" brush a lot and would like it back. Any suggestions ?

Thank you Chris B and Thank you to Affinity. I love this product. It has opened up an avenue for my imagination to be expressed and is very user friendly.

I'm using a macbook pro (about 3 1/2 years old). Been using Affinity for over a year. Noticed an update about a week ago and installed it ,maybe It was available for longer but just noticed it. Now for the first time I'm running into an issue. I can't export a jpeg or png. Affinity just freezes up and won't even quit. Have to shut down the computer to turn it off. After trying several things, here's what happened. I selected an image located in my documents and opened it with Affinity. Then made an edit and selected 'save'. It worked. Then, was able to export it as another jpg also giving it a new name. It went. Now, everything I try is working again. Can't explain why that worked but for the time being, everything is fine again.
