I purchased Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo via the Microsoft store in 2018.

I have a new computer but I am unable to download Designer and Photo to the new computer. I have my receipts but not my product keys. How can I obtain my software that was purchased in 2018 from the Microsoft store which no longer support Affinity products? I have my order numbers and receipts but not the product keys.
