I have some questions about licenses and how to manage license (For example, my company would like to order 10 licenses) . That is
1. Whether the license is perpetual/permanent license or subscription license?
2. Do I has an account in order to manage all licenses my company would purchase? If I am an IT manager in an enterprise.
3. In case of when a computer would be damaged, how to transform license into other computer?
4. Is it possible if the license manager wants to transform license from a user to other user?
