  1. I am using Designer 2.0.0.1640 on Windows 10 Pro (version 10.0.19045). My workstation is dual-headed with identical 1080p monitors. To reproduce the problem do the following: Open Designer 2 (no need to open a document) Place the mouse pointer over the File menu to verify that the program is responsive at this point. Press Shift-Win-Left Arrow (or Right Arrow, depending on which monitor the program is displayed) to shift the GUI to the other monitor. Place the mouse pointer over the File menu to verify that the program is still responsive. On my workstation the program has frozen. This is absolutely repeatable.
