Is there anyway to change a selected colour in a photo with a picker like you can with the white balance?

I would love to see the feature that Lightroom has where you can select a color from your photo with the colour picker, and change the colour with the slider. See example video where the skin colour is edited this way in Lightroom. This would be so useful!

Hello! I am just curious if there is a way to select a specific colour with the colour picker when editing a photo and change just that specific colour.. I've seen it done in videos of Photoshop, but I haven't figured out how to do it in Affinity yet! Thank you!
