[Tutorial request or help to find one]

Im trying to re create the image provided. I know it may seem easy, but to me I really cant do it.

I can do walls and buildings and other man made objects but environmental landscapes I cant do.

Are there any tutorials that are similar to what Im trying to achieve or is it possible for someone to make one?

 

I've tried searching online but most of what is online is flooded with photoshop.
