Hi there!
I'm using Affinity Designer on Windows and I'm running into an svg error/compatibility issue, specifically when trying to use a svg file exported from Affinity and uploaded to Canva. I receive an error (on Canva's end) that the svg file contains features that are unsupported. Through a combination of browsing through these support forums and trial and error, it was found that when the text (xmlns:serif="http://www.serif.com/") is removed from the svg file, the error is resolved.
I guess for my first question, what is the purpose of xmlns:serif="http://www.serif.com/" text within the svg file?
Would it be an issue for me to remove that text in a text editor? (i.e. does Affinity Designer require the text to remain in the file? Will removal impact file functionality?)
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
