You are posting these questions in your own status profile page. You will get answers more quickly if you post them in the Questions section in the forum. Regarding this question are you using a Mac or Windows?

On Mac you have to run the  App Store app (make sure you are signed-in with the same Apple ID used to buy the application), go to the Purchased section (on top) and click the install button in front of the application you want to install.

On Windows, you have to sign-in in the Affinity Store website then click your name on the top right corner of the page and select Downloads & Product Keys. You can download the latest installer and get the e-mail/products key from that page.
