Many thanks to everyone who replied. I have to apologize as I had only just that morning received the book and was having a quick read and missed the little green labels at the top of some pages. Thanks once again. !!!!

I have just purchased the Designer Workbook and on a first inspection I see that at the top pf several pages there is a small rectangle with text that mentions about resources for use with the Workbook. Can anyone tell me where I can download these resources for the Workbook? Thanks in anticipation !!!!!
