    Yes, because mostly I work on digital I keep using RGB mode, and I'm still learning for printing purpose.

    Although the colour values are different in RGB Hex, the colour is the same as shown in CMYK

    Why are you using RGB HEX Values in a CMYK document?
    If you change the Colour Panel to CMYK the Panel will show:

    Using the Colour Picker to select from the original circle will maintain the 47,0,7,0 colour.
