  1. Hello Paul, Many thanks for this clue, I wasn't aware of that. However, I was trying to save the file as an Affinity Photo native file into a folder so that I could continue editing at some point.
  2. In the photos app on Mac OS I right click on an image and choose 'edit with Affinity Photo 2'. The image comes into Photo 2 fine. I can then make some adjustments (but for arguements sake, just levels). If you then try and save the file Photo 2 will crash after you put the file name in and press Save.
  3. Hi Sugar Lion, I went through the same process to create my ICC profile. And as you say the colours do change when you select the colour checker created profile. However, in my case, the luminance (brightness) also increases. This has the effect of blowing out the highlights in such things as clouds. I have tried a few colour checker created profiles and they all do the same thing. Is this something that you have experienced, or is it jus me? Cheers.
  4. Hi MEB, Yes, I did do this a couple of days ago and now it works fine for me. I did post my success on another topic where you advised the same. Thanks for getting back to me on the topic. All the best.
  5. Thanks MEB, this worked for me. Having reviewed James' video I realised I hadn't installed them correctly this time. I re-installed and now they work perfectly. So that's AP 1.7 working fine with DxO2. Thanks for your help!
  6. Hi MEB, I think I have the right numbers, but mine are 2.1.21.0 x64 (v2.04) on an Apple Mac. I've attached a screen shot for you.
  7. Just to add to this. I've updated to AP1.7 and DXO2 and get the infinte loading fonts banner. I'm on a Mac Pro.
