I've seen the tutorial on recolouring objects in Colour images.
I was wondering how this technique is applied/ can be applied to specific objects in Black & White images such as an umbrella?
Is this possible, if so, how do I do it.
Thank you for any assistance.

I found video tutorials for creating the Panorama images. However, when I tried the technique in Affinity Photo, I could not find the "crop to opaque" option.
Where do I find this - is it not available in Affinity Photo for windows

How do you export Portrait Jpegs where you want one side to be a set size (for example 1080 pixels).
I've used Lightroom and this is straightforward as it ignores the "Long" side, but when I tried it in Affinity Photo I got a squashed image.
I would welcome any assistance

I see icons, but no preview as in Lightroom

I'm sorry if I have not be clear as to when the problem occurs.
The problem occurs when I try to import a RAW File prior to doing any processing.
All I get is a blank square - No error message, just the name of the RAW File.
To identify which ones I want to import, I have to go to Honeyview or Faststone which is a pain.

Thank you for the rapid responses.
Yes, I'm using Windows - Windows 8.1.
I cannot preview RW2 files from inside Affinity Photo, that said I can process the RW2 files.
I have no problem when using previously using Adobe Lightroom 6.14.
I also don't have any problems previewing RW2 files in either Faststone or Honeyview.
How does the suggested FastPictureViewer Codec Pack. assist me viewing the previews from within Affinity Photo?
Thank you for any assistance.

I recently started using Affinity Photo and found I could not preview the RAW files from my Lumix GX8 camera prior to import.
Is there a way I can do this?
Thank you for any assistance.

Supported RAW cameras?

I own a Lumix TZ60 camera and have found that when I load RAW images into Affinity Photo the skies appear blown out and it is almost impossible to correct the sky and bring out the true colour & detail. I've found a similar problem with my G9/Lumix G Vario 12-60mm but nothing to the same extent as with the TZ60.
However, within Lightroom 6, I can correct the sky and bring out the true colour & detail.
I notice that neither the Lumix G Vario 12-60mm nor the TZ60 have made it onto the Lensfun list, but the Lumix G Vario 12-60mm is on the bronger.org list.
Can I take that this is a lens correction problem?
Is there any way round this issue within Affinity Photo?
Thank you for your assistance
