I have tried, but no progress. Any uninstall of old version fails... Is there a standalone cleanup utility for Affinity?

Updating Affinity Photo 1.6.2 to 1.6.4 fails during validation phase due to missing MSI file. Possibly missing due to disk cleanup in Windows (10-1709, 64bit). Manual uninstall from Windows settings is not possibly, same error. What work around do you suggest?
