I think I found it myself - Right click on the curve - Save style. - create new curve - click on the style in the style menu to apply it to the new curve. Is this correct or is there a better way to do it?

I want to save pen style like stroke color and witdh and make a quick acces to different pen styles like with brushes. Is this possible? Thanks

I don’t mean simply move them, I mean actually modify the shape of the curve with the node tool but doing that for both simultaneously.

(sorry for my english, maybe I'm not using the correct terms) I need to merge two lines in order to save it as style and be quicker in the work I'm planning to do. In specific I have this simple example, a red line, above I have a white dotted line. I need to "group" them but if I use the group function I still have 2 separate lines, and when I go to modify the group it modify just one of them. How can I make it to have 1 single line with this effect? Is it even possible? If not how can I workaround it? Many thanks.

Thanks for the video but I meant something little different. I didn’t explained well it is my fault. I mean to modify borders extending/adding them outside of the original shape, not removing from it. Something like the attached picture, but not the same, way a simplier thing. The attached picture is a combination of another smoke/cloud picture, not what I want I to do, but yeah, I hope you get what I mean. Maybe I should: copy and paste triangle. liquify persona it. apply mask on the liquified triangle. use smoke brush on the liquified triangle mask. is this a possible way or there is something faster?

I have both photo and designer, is it somehow possible to edit the border of a shape with the paint brush? I mean I have downloaded a dope smoke paintbrush and would like to edit a border shape, let’s say a basic triangle, with this particular brush. i don’t mean to use the liquify persona I mean actually using the brush to modify its borders shape, is this even possible? I tried sever mask options but still only liquify persona seems the way, but, I can’t do the smoke effect that I want.

Thanks, I understand now. I think i will buy a cheap drawing tablet (since I don't have it) and try to have some fun! But, I was never good at school in free-hands drawings, I hope I can get better with time in digital ones, I don't like a lot drawing on paper but this kind of digital drawing really impress me and make me want to try to emulate it. Do you think that developing a basic sketch above the original reduced opacity photo would be ok? I really don't know how to start without

Hi, I am trying to learn some AP stuff, at the moment more than other I would like to (slowly) learn some digital painting but I can't find any guide or tutorial. There are a couple of photoshop tutorial (I never used a software othen than AP) but seems too advanced for me. In particular, I would like to learn how to do this kind of jobs: start from a picture like this and create this. Of course I don't expect to reach this result, but I would like to see the technique behind this work, and slowly learn it. Thanks for any tip in advance

Sorry the stupid question but in order to remove the downloaded/imported brushes/styles all I have to do is delete category? Seems stupid I know but I dont want to leave files around my programs and PC if I dont use them

Oh didn't know this, I will switch to slider and double click for the wheel. However if I restart the program the double click opens the "Hue" slider, not the last one I opened. Do you know if there is any way to "save" your selection for the double click selector?

I'm very level entry user, I use AP for simple personal photo editing or some funny photoshops (should I say affinityshops?). Would like to know which color selector do expert people use and why. Since the first use I used the wheel, well only because it was the first option, but it seems that from a lot of video I saw on YT expert people use sliders?

Hello, I use affinity products (on basic levels) since 2 years or even more, I had both the apps on my old mac, when then I switched to PC I bought again with eye-closed AP from the affinity store. I would like now to buy even the AD but, since I would use it for very little features (like text on path) I would like to know if exists some sort of bundle for AP owners, some sort of discout for completing the affinity pack. Devs are doing great job AD is a great product, no words about that, but I would use AD just for a couple of features (actually I can't even remember the second) that doesn't actually make the full price worth FOR ME. Maybe if there is not a pack do you know if there will be some discounts in near future?
