Can someone point me in the right direction for removing the glare/reflection from the plastic lid in this photo? I tried following the lens flare tutorial but haven't had great results. I.e. applying a frequency separation and trying to use the clone and healing brushes on the low frequency layer. Any other tips/pointers? It feels like it should be fairly easy given the simplicity of the object and background. Thanks.
