Thanks, MEB and First - Being such a rookie, from my point of view, Gnob left out the minor detail of having to get to the Layers area first in order to find the lock to unlock.... thanks everyone.... I'm golden now, until I forget the sequence the next time I try this....lol

Apologies for placing in wrong section and thanks for your response, Gnobelix, however, you've only confirmed to me just how much of a newbie newbie I am because I cannot understand what you mean when you say use the move tool and remove the protection from the image. I do see the remove tool, meaning the one with the upwardly left pointing arrow, but I do not see where an ability to remove protection might be from that tool.... I do see the Transform panel you've referenced, however, I assume I have to successfully remove the protection in order to get that panel to light up.... If you can simplify even further maybe I can wrap my simple mind around it........ apologies.......

I am looking to rotate my picture by a much smaller number of degrees less than what I see as possible.. I see an ability to rotate 90° and I see an ability to rotate 15°, but I want to rotate a customized amount which could be as small as just 2°. Is this possible???? Please help... Thanks
