[Can I download Grade UI KIt if I purchased Affinity Designer on Microsoft Store?]

After about 20 years of working with Adobe Illustrator with corporate licensing, and disappointed with Adobe's subscriptions, I was so excited to find Affinity Designer's featureset, and the pricing I got through Microsoft Store. So that's how I bought it. 

The first thing I saw when I launched it is a promo to download the free Grade UI kit. I clicked the link, and registered for an account on the Affinity site and for this forum, and dutifully verified my email address. 

The problem: the Downloads page (https://affinity.store/en-us/account/downloads/) still says I need to verify my email address. Why doesn't it give me the option to download the free Grade UI kit?
