Disabling "Save History..." worked for me as well and I can now modify and save.
I thought the weird file size behavior might change along with this, but as long as all data is contained, I don't really care 😁
OS is Windows 10 20H2. I don't know if this is relevant: The files are stored in a Synology Drive folder, but I'm working from a local copy.

This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next version.

I can confirm your problem. Perhaps you should disable "Save History with Document"? After that I was able to save again. I also got a crash with the document. Crash report ist attached.

What is your OS? This should be moved to the bugs section of APu.

This is a known error to be fixed in the next version. Although not showing the file extension, the export as JPG/JPEG works.

Thank you. the border is not visible when the precise clipping is on, but visible in exported PDF both case.
So I guess I just need to avoid this type of clipping maybe?

@ashf Please check if Preferences >> Performance >> Use precise clipping is active. If not, activate it. In my case, the line is barely visible if activated and not exported e.g. to PDF.

Dieser Fehler ist bekannt und wird in der neuen Version 1.9.1.x beseitigt. Das liegt daran, dass das Absatz-Panel aktiv im Vordergrund ist. Ist es im Hintergrund oder unsichtbar, dann ist die Texteingabe wieder flüssig.
This bug is known and will be fixed in the new version 1.9.1.x. The cause is the Paragraph panel being visible (in the foreground). Making the Paragraph inactive or hiding removes the lag during text input.

Just watched it, and you are correct-I am still looking for a slide show programmes which is just a one off payment and not to expensive-Thanks for responding.

Some users have been getting the message "Error while constructing request of parsing server's response". Some users have been getting the message "schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown Error". The app is crashing for some users when trying to register the app. There are two possible causes: If you are using a 20H2 machine, you can try changing the default Windows colour profile from scRGB virtual device model profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 If you are not using a 20H2 machine, or if the above does not resolve the issue, a simple workaround is to download and install the beta build and sign into your account using the beta build. Once you've done this, you should find that you can sign into the released version without any issues. Feel free to uninstall the beta build once signed into your account.
