Welcome to the Affinity forums @jg1153465! I DO NOT NOT NOT KNOW!!!! A bit more information would be nice to get you a solution. What application are you using? What were your export settings? What DPI are you using. Exporting as a raster image can be tricky, if the image is not positioned pixel perfect or the image has dimensions like 500,25 x 1000,37834 px, just to name two pitfalls. Best case would be, if you upload a ZIP containing your Affinity document and what exported so far, so others can have a look as well.

BMP3 images
Joachim_L replied to capellan2000's topic in Feedback for Affinity Designer V1 on Desktop
Welcome to the Affinity forums @capellan2000! I have no application on my machine that is able to open the file correctly. What would be the benefits of BMP3 over e.g. PNG? EDIT: I found out, that Krita is open this type of file. -
Asset Snaphot Icon Pertially Obscured

Interesting ... to pick up Walt's wording. With Show As List the assets look like they should be. -
Discombobulation - I had to search for this. Not a frequently used word I guess?

Shame on me for not reading carefully. Sorry.

Maybe I was unclear. Having the text completely marked and using the keyboard shortcut repeatedly, one anchor after the other is deleted without further interaction. And for the rest ... glad I do not use bookmarks / hyperlinks often in my documents.

Space Horizontally/Vertically Inconsistency

Plus: Right-clicking for the context menu those last 4 menu items are missing. -
There are not many locations in the Affinities where you can select multiple "items" and delete them in one go. Option 1: Make a keyboard shortcut for Delete Anchor, mark the text in the text frame and hit the keyboard shortcut over and over again. Option 2: Export as PDF with no bookmarks and open the PDF in APu. Nothing really helpful for you I fear.

[SOLVED] Masking not working properly on Photo Persona
Joachim_L replied to malayali's topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows
Glad to hear this. Just weird, that it works for me even with HWA on. What graphic card are you using and more important, are all drivers up-to-date?- 17 replies

[SOLVED] Masking not working properly on Photo Persona
Joachim_L replied to malayali's topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows
Works normal for me. Maybe turning off hardware acceleration in Preferences >> Perfomance can help in your case?- 17 replies

I did this for you. First time I exported the document I had pure luck, that the squares were inside the white area. Exporting the document again showed the squares also for me. Turning off the B&W adjustment showed me a strange effect on the Blur layer (see image), so I re-arranged the layers a bit and had no squares. Fixed document attached. test_page_1-tweak.afpub

I would like to disagree. The user made everything vector based and so the user expects vectors in the output. If there is something pushing Affinity to its limits or exceeding its limits, then there should be an understandable warning, pointing to the problem. Instead of simply saying "file could not be exported". I am not a programmer, but somewhere an error was catched in order to issue the warning, so is it impossible to tell why the export failed? Would this message be too technical? What about an error number like 111 (too complex gradient), 192 (image with wrong ICC profile) and a list where users can look up the cause?
