[deactivate update check]

Hi

How can the automatic update check on startup be deactivated? I know the versions are outdated for some time now, but I really don´t care. I don´t need any changes or updates for that little work I do with these apps, so I save the time and energy for the updates. 

I am pretty sure this is a common question (thats not in the FAQ) that should be answered somewhere, but I did not find it. I struggle with the search function of these forums. The rudimentary search box neither looks convincingly to me nor do the results.

[linked pictures missing - embedd pictures]

Hi

I sadly experienced, that a document didn`t embedd the dropped in pictures. Now it is lost.

To never have this desaster again, I searched for the option to allways embedd pictures, but I can´t find it.

Please optimise the usability, so that this mistake does not happen.

[Affinity products for Linux]

I would also love Affinity Designer + Photo on Linux.

This is a huge gap in the market. A competitive Design/Photo Software is so hardly missed by all these users. There is virtually no alternative. How can this not be a very attractive market?

 

Hereby I order one licence of Affinity Photo for Linux and one licence of Affinity Designer for Linux.
