Also pressing 'J' on the keyboard will scroll you through that group, you will see the icon change on the toolbar every time you press 'J'

If you are talking about Affinity Photo. it is in the healing group
hover over whichever of the tools is showing (it changes, depending on the last tool used) and select the inpainting tool.
If you are talking about Affinity Designer, there is no inpainting tool in Affinity Designer.
