Hi @woefi, I'm afraid there's not much we can do if you can't reproduce it. When you double click on a text frame, the cursor instantly changes, so there is no delay there. I wonder if you hit CMD + A just before or at the same time as double click.

I'm afraid no, sorry. I logged this issue back in April with our developers. This is mainly due to the lens model, which is ACM.

I have a similar setup (5k Retina + external non-retina) and not seen this. I'll poke a bit more and see what's going on. When RAM returns to normal, does it come back to normal? Or once it's fuzzy it stays like that for the entire session?

Where are they currently installed? /Applications ?

That's very strange that the other 2 app don't suffer from the same crash. You could try to rename the %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0 folder to 1.0.backup and see if that's any better.

Hi @DougM, Welcome to the forums. Is this document specific? Does it crash if you do it on a new empty doc? Was it just a one-off? Can you replicate it?

It doesn't say your windows is not supported. You won't have a new enough GPU to enable it which is fine. I honestly don't know what it could be. I still think it's something very specific on your system causing it (since SFC found and fixed some issues).

Sorry, it looks like I've forgotten to update the thread. I've logged the issue back then when you've uploaded the file.

Have you got hardware acceleration ON or OFF in Preferences > Performance?
