  1. What are your export settings for 1082? The "problem" is that the 1082 PDF is rasterised, whereas the 1035 one is not, and text is kept as text.
  2. Removing the crash reports from %appdata%\Affinity\ will have 0 impact on anything (apart from saving a few mb of disk space). They will not prevent the app from crashing.
  3. Hi @appuser99, We are aware of this and it has already been logged with our developers.
  4. Hi @design punch, Can you package that project up and upload it on this link? https://www.dropbox.com/request/Cm5jrd4dgyaTNRhYKtxo
  5. Hi @Guillem S., Can you package your project and upload it on this link? https://www.dropbox.com/request/m8f9CiaRBlX1GRyff9O6
  6. Hi @SebastianSST, Welcome to the forums. Can you attach a screen recoding of your workflow? I can't replicate this issue here.
  7. @uneMulewhy are you suggesting removing the crash reports? @MarkXKR have a look in the event viewer right after starting the app. Custom Views > Administrative evens.
  8. That document has a few symbols. If you delete them the file size goes back to 1.6mb which sounds about right.
  9. Hi @James Craig, Is this document specific? Can you replicate it on a new empty doc?
  10. Hi both, Thanks for spotting this. Issue logged.
  11. Hi @U.-P., Welcome to the forums. What display mode do you use? Mirror / extend / External display only? What resolution / Scale on each of your displays? Which is your primary display?
  12. Hi @Burkhard Lieverkus, Can you use this link to upload the contents of that folder please? https://www.dropbox.com/request/ImfuGWNJal7cyUdgPanz
  13. Hi @Proto, Welcome to the forums. That is usually a good workaround for files that crash/become corrupt, along side with Document > Add pages from file Can you attach the file that crashed on this link please https://www.dropbox.com/request/7qTl8JYczQr4yQgdXPKd
  14. When it gets fixed, it will be included in the release notes for either beta/public release.
  15. Are you definitely deleting the snapshot? The second thread you're mentioning has the same large snapshot.
  16. This is a really tricky one if it's quite random. Is there anything common between the 2 projects? The location of the placed images? Local drive/network drive / cloud?
  17. Yep. See the first post There are actually 3 (1 is unrelated to what's been discussed here but came as a bonus while poking this issue)
  18. There is a bug at the moment where snapshot data is not purged immediately after a save as(but not accessible / retrievable by the end user). Once the document - which looks too big - re-opened and saved (or saved as), the file size will be back to normal. So essentially for a 100mb doc Document with snapshot > Save as > File size > 100mb Delete everything including snapshot > Save as > File size > still 100mb Close and re-open the "empty" doc > Save as (or make any change and Save) > File size > less 100kb
  19. Everything seems fine on my end. The only other thing I can think of is Fonts. Can you attach your copy of Brooklyn Samuels, Calibri CE and Fatura Max STD on the same link as before? You could try to disable those fonts in Font Book and try to open the file in the meantime.
  20. Hi both, We are indeed aware of this and it has already been logged with our developers. @lenogrewhen you create a bug report try to give it a meaningful title please.
  21. Hi @thomaso, Thanks for spotting this. Issue logged. Initially I thought it's related to your snapshot containing all 200pages. But even if I delete it and save as, it's still 38.8mb. I'll try and find out what's going on
  22. Hi @Macwelshman, I'm not getting a crash here. Is this crash document specific? Can you create a blank new doc and replace an image inside a picture frame? Is that fine Does your crash only when you replace Petrol Station 01 with any other image? Or when you replace any of your images with any other image??
