  1. Hi both, I would not be too worried if it's already fixed in the beta
  2. Hi @JDEC, What do you mean by "just nothing happens". At which point? Can you select the right tools? Can you attach a screen recording of your workflow?
  3. Hi both. @pritam721 Please don't tag members of staff in posts just to bring attention to a post. This issue seems to be a hardware acceleration only issue. For the meantime, you can try and disable it from Preferences > Performance and you should be fine.
  4. Hi @Chosen Idea, Can you recreate the file with some other images so we can see what's going on? Otherwise, it's all guesswork.
  5. Hi @Ohbehave, Can you also try running the latest beta and see if it's any better?
  6. Hi @Lars Lizard, I moved this to it's own separate thread as we like to keep project-related issues (even though they are similar) separate. Can you use this link to upload your files? https://www.dropbox.com/request/56RF8VZKVnl25dziieqm
  7. Hi @SvS, We are aware of this issue and it has already been logged with our developers. It should only affect regions which use commas as decimal separators. So, an English region as a workaround should be fine for the meantime.
  8. I'm afraid there's nothing inside it that can be saved. Google drive file stream is known to corrupt files, which is what has happened here. You only have data in the first 9k lines. The rest (over 600k lines) are all filled with 0000 blocks. If you use google drive file stream, we always recommend to work on a local copy of the document just for this reason. Do you happen to have a remote version of that file? Or maybe if that file has any history?
  9. Hi @empresita, can you use this link to upload the corrupt file? https://www.dropbox.com/request/qRkYYClKquOTSrxjQOpr
  10. It is now that I've moved it. It was raised in the Publisher forum.
  11. Hi @BeauRX, Sorry for the delayed reply. I guess you've modified the mask of that curves layer. In fact, the same thing happens with any adjustment that you paint on. As soon as you paint on it, it will have a mask the size of the original document, which will get pasted to the new document. If you don't touch the mask, it will cover the entire doc.
  12. Hi @SirWillibald, Sorry for the delayed reply Can you package that project up and upload it on this link please? https://www.dropbox.com/request/vhRbiCZy5Ahm3RO4UpVp
  13. Hi @MikeTO, Sorry for the delayed rely. Issue logged.
  14. Very odd. I can't replicate this here. Any chance you can attach the file?
  15. Thanks. Issue logged. In the future, please try and report bugs in the right category.
  16. Thanks. It's not intentional. I'll log this with our developers.
  17. Hi @Zatlap, Can you attach that sample file so I can log it with our developers?
