  1. Hi @cezi, Welcome to the forums. You can save it as a new file by going to Document > Save as a copy. That will save the "intermediate" file on the location of your choice Thanks, Gabe.
  2. Oh, that profile. It will not show because your camera is not supported. . Windows 7 stopped their support back in 2015. If your camera is new, it's most likely that it's not included in their codec pack.
  3. Hi @Rickpwns , Welcome to the forums. Have a look at this thread: I suggest you download both trials and see which one is better for you. Photo Trial Designer Trial Thanks, Gabe.
  4. Have you got the link for that tutorial? That would be just the EXIF information being shown, not an actual proof that the camera is supported or not
  5. Hi @juliep, Welcome to the forums. When opening a raw file, it will always open in Develop persona. This cannot be changed. Once you develop your photo, you will be back to the Photo Persona. We cannot provide thumbnails for your raw files. You would need a raw codec pack from Microsoft for this. We do not officially support Canon 77D. I tested with a few samples and they seem to be fine, but we cannot guarantee 100% functionality for raw files from this camera. AS for the supported list, we hope to introduce more cameras with upcoming updates. I'm not really sure what do you mean by this. That would be your export profile. 6. Hi @Kwanghui Kim, Welcome to the forums. You would have to change your keyboard language to Greek and choose a font that is not "symbol". Thanks, Gabe.
  7. Hi @Raiderfan Welcome to the forums. You would have to unzip the file first. Right-click on the file and choose "Extract". Thanks, Gabe.
  8. Hi @Small, Welcome to the forums. You can only choose bitmap for Fill, not stroke. The stroke has to be solid colour or gradient. Sorry. Thanks, Gabe.
  9. Hi @lukeryan12, Welcome to the forums. Neither Apple nor Affinity support raw files from M50 at the moment. We would like to support more cameras in the future, but we have no ETA. Sorry. Thanks, Gabe.
  10. Hi @Northern_99, Welcome to the forums. Although we do not officially support Nikon D5600, I tried loading a few samples and they are fine. We would need more details from you: What App did you try to load them into? What OS? What file format? Thanks, Gabe.
  11. Hi @amcd Welcome to the forums. We are not aware of any issues with the tutorials being grayed out. Can you send us a screen recording so we can have a look? Thanks, Gabe.
  12. Hi @LostInTranslation, You can try using the FFT Denoise. Iit's generally good for removing patterns, but you would need a larger image not just a cropped portion to get better results. Thanks, Gabe.
  13. Hi @magicdesign, We cannot provide any feedback until Publisher Beta is out. Sorry Thanks Gabe.
  14. Hi @DeadDragon, Welcome to the forums. We do not have a Bump/normal map generator built in. Sorry Thanks, Gabe.
  15. We do not have any built-in functions to protect files. You would have to find a 3rd party app that does that.
  16. Hi @shiv90, Welcome to the forums. When you deleted the background, you filled it with white. But the paper it's not fully white. Hence the colour difference. I suggest you add a levels adjustment just above the image pixel layer and crush the white level to about 90% or a level that will get rid of the background. Thanks, Gabe.
  17. Thank you for your file. I've had a quick look and there's an artboard inside another artboard: When exporting to PDF, each artboard will be exported as a page, therefore you would have unwanted "extra" pages. Use standard rectangle for this and you should be fine. Thanks, Gabe.
  18. The jumping cursor is a known issue which has already been logged with our developers. As for the second issue, I can't seem to replicate it. Can you please go to Document > Export > Choose the file type and tap OK rather than Share and see if that makes a difference. See this video for more info: https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/tutorials/designer/ipad/#/video/272735340 Thanks
  19. Hi @javafuel, It seems to be an issue snapping to objects after boolean operations. I will log this with our developers. Thanks, Gabe.
  20. Our developers are constantly working on improving loading time for RAW, and we hope to get better loading time in future updates. In the meantime, I will log this an improvement. Thanks
  21. Hi @blanko, My bad. I thought you were re-opening the document and the profile was missing. The profile will only save on the document. You cannot globally save the pencil pressure profile. Thanks, Gabe.
  22. It might change further down the line, but we have no ETA for this.I will move this to our feature request section.
  23. If you work on artboards, each artboard will be one page of your PDF, starting from the bottom of your layer stack with Page 1, going up in numbers. The quality would be influenced by the size of your artboard. I suggest you have a look at this video to understand how DPI works. If you work on a letter-size document @300 dpi, you should be fine for printing. 300 is more than enough. Thanks, Gabe.
  24. There is no measuring tool available at the moment, other than the smart guides that show up. If you switch over to the move tool, Select one layer, hold down CTRL and hover your mouse over the objects and you will see the distance from your layer to that object.
