Hi @Piotr Krochmal ,
Welcome to the forums.
I'm not really sure which of your photo is the correct example and which is the wrong one.
All i get is this:
I've tried different programs, and that's the only result I came up with.
When you say you copied it, where did you copied it from?
Thanks,
Gabe.

Thanks, Gabe! It doesn’t work quite like that on my iPad, but I got there all the same.
In this case, one tap on the picture followed by pinch-to-zoom will do the trick.

Oops, sorry! The screenshot is quite fuzzy, and I forgot that I was initially just looking for a piece of text that I could read well enough to get a sensible answer from Google Translate.

If you click on the image, you would get a magnifying glass. Click again and it won't be fuzzy

I'm afraid we do not have a "match colour" filter. You would have to manually adjust the image.

Hi @syncbear,
Can you please confirm what does that filter do? I'm not aware of any "stylize according to this photo" option.
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @JonFiver,
Welcome to the forums. You can try turning on "precise clipping" in Preferences > Performance.
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi both,
We do not have live updates across apps available yet. I'm not sure how you've managed to do that @FedeG26.

Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @ChampaignCowboy,
Welcome to the forums.
What Windows version have you got?
Have you tried running this?
Thanks,
Gabe.

The exif data you see in Affinity Photo exit studio is what you're going to have when you export. We do not currently have a more detailed exif tool, nor a CMD line. Sorry.

Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @Venyer ,
It seems to be just the exif information that's wrong. If you check the file size ( Document > Resize ) you would see that it's got the correct size - 4000 x 3000. It's got the same size when you export. So I believe the camera has got the wrong EXIF information.

It's not an issue from our side, but from the Camera Exif generator.
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @Ivan Goran ,
Welcome to the forums.
Margin and Bleed are currently missing from the iPad version, but we hope to get them implemented in the next updates. Sorry.
However, this works fine on the Desktop Build.
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @HTJA,
Welcome to the forums.
What software do you use? On what platform? What do you mean by "they interrupt"?
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @Doreens28 ,
Masks in Affinity photo are different. Have a look at these tutorials:
Selections and Masking
- Making Selections
- Refining Selections
- Pixel Selections from Layers
- Quick Masks
- Mask Layers
- Exposure Merging
- Clipping vs Masking
- Vector Masking
- Using Adjustment Layers on Masks - YouTube / Vimeo
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @BrianHermelijn ,
Turn pixel view mode on (or retina pixel view mode) and check if it's showing up on this view. If it's still present, it's the anti-alias. You can adjust the coverage map of those layers to get full black pixels on the edges, basically bypassing the anti-alias.

Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @Boh-UU,
Welcome to the forums.
Do you lose all the EXIF info? Or just the "missing" info that's not showing up in Affinity Photo?
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @Aaron Martin,
1. Select the Node tool, tap-hold with one finger, use another finger to make your selection.
2. I'm not really sure how you get this. Any chance you can upload a screen recording? Please make sure you turn "show gestures" on in Preferences > General .
Thanks,
Gabe.

Hi @Marco Bastel,
Welcome to the forums.
You would have to go to %appdata%\Roaming\Affinity\Photo\1.0\Settings\GeneralPreferences.xml
Add this new line just before </settings> (IF MISSING), and replace "ja" with the country code as below:
ru : Russian
pt-BR : Portuguese (Brasil)
ja : Japanese
it : Italian
fr : French
es : Spanish
de : German
zh-Hans : Chinese
<CultureName>ja</CultureName>
Thanks,
Gabe.

If your LAN disconnects while you're working on the file, you will get that error message.
On 11/29/2016 at 3:13 PM, Mark Ingram said:With regards to the file, we don't store the entire file in memory (it would be impractical, even compressed, these files can be many gigabytes), so instead we only load what we need into memory (and load more data, or throw away other data depending on what operations the user is performing).

Are you saving to a Dropbox / Google Drive / Microsoft OneDrive / any other cloud service?

Hi @stagbeetle,
Welcome to the forums.
To refine a mask you click on the Refine button ( 0:35). if you want to select "refine" by right click, you would have to select the mask by clicking on the thumbnail, not the name
Thanks,
Gabe.

How to see the JPG image as well as the RAW
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on iPad Questions
Posted
Hi @nicholson2002,
Welcome to the forums.
RAW + Jpeg you will have 2 files. One Raw, one Jpeg. Depending on which file you load, you would have either the Jpeg or the RAW. When you shoot RAW+Jpeg the result does not come in a bundle. As for the a/b viewing, you cannot a/b between 2 project files. No.
Thanks,
Gabe.
